About the only thing weather-wise that affects what I listen to is rain, when It rains, I almost always listen to Epica. Other than that, nothing else really comes into play.

I'd have to say that the sun definitely affects my playing. If it's warm and sunny my playing has a more positive and progressive style to it.

Nice topic! I also have some special feeling when it's raining. I think that it's when I enjoy listening the most emotional type music. Today it's raining here and I'm hearing instrumental ballad by talented guys like Vinnie Moore, John Petrucci & Steve Vai.
 I also like to hear acoustic music when it's raining... like Andy Mckee, Justin King and Andrew York.

Weather really influences my composing and listening habits. I like to listen to happy positive songs when it's sunny!
