Hi guys,

well, the year is coming to and end (finally, I must say in my case) and the media is terrorizing us with reviews smile.gif

So I did a bit of thinking and wanted to ask you:

What were your 5 favourite albums and live shows this year?

For me, the choice was tough and I could have made a Top 10 easily, but let's stick with 5.

Albums:

Blind Guardian - At the edge of time
Volbeat - Beyong hell/above heaven
Iron Maiden - The final frontier
Heaven shall burn - Invictus
Kamelot - Poetry for the poisoned

Live shows:

Blind Guardian
Kamelot
Heaven shall burn
Bad Religion
Sum 41

I'm curious about your opinions, maybe I've missed something important?

My favorite show this year was definitely the band Frontiers, who are a Journey tribute band. The singer pulled off all the songs, it was incredible. Steve Perry has a very unique voice and this singer actually managed to sound just like him.
