Original lesson: Chords - key of B by David OToole

Darius Wave
Hey there!

Watching the list of your current takes I can easily say you did some serious chord work smile.gif

Original lesson is being played slightly different - chords ring shorter and there delay repeats. Considering the chord shapes are the purpose it's not a huge thing so I won't consider it to be anything wrong with your take.

Your left hand looks very good - properly shaped and most of notes come out as the should. At 0:20 we have a problem with some of the chord notes....not all sound clean and well pressured.

There is one thing I would do to make this lesson even more useful. Try to hold the chords as long as you can. Basic thing with playing chords are the moments we skip from one to another. That's the main task once we use them in songs. You could try to boost your ability to make the ring whole bar long each. At the same time try to shorten the the break between them - skip as fast as possible without making pause.

Hi mate, I'm here just for grading since my comments on the other lessons are applicable to all these chords lessons.

Watch out for the second strum you did at 0:18. It was quite quick and hurried, so you went out of time a bit. Apart from that, the same feedback can be applied here as well.
