Hi mate,
Good to see you working on this killer lesson. The overall is on the right way but there are many elements that need some more work and focus:
- Timing: There are some little timing issues in the rhythm section and also in some phrases like around 00:36 and 00:57 which could sound tighter as well as the pedal note lick at 01:05.
- Cleanness: By focusing on cleannes I mean adjust those licks that aren't sound clean and clear. Most of the parts sound good but there are also many notes that aren't sounding clean. This will be improved with more time of practice.
- Vibrato: This is the technique that your performance is lacking more, at least in this take. You need to do the first step, adding vibrato. Start by imitating the original lesson.
- Bending: You need to adjust the pitch of your bends which is not precise.
This can be a lot of work so I recommend you to start with 1 element at a time to be able to put all your concentration on it. You could also do some complementary exercises (Let me know if you want my help choosing exercises).

Hey man, there's some chords in the main riff which you're not playing. You're reverting to single notes instead. This is around 0:19 and the on the repeat too.
Bending - This is an area of your playing that you may not have gotten into much yet but it makes sense to start putting some time into it so you can progress and not let bends hold you back from playing certain pieces. Maybe have a bash at learning one of these:

Vibrato: As Gabriel says, this is an important and underdeveloped area of your playing also. I've got quite a bit of material dealing with vibrato
This one breaks it down into understanding vibrato as a series of string bends. It gets a bit quicker towards the end but the first half of the lesson should be easy enough to apply.

Hand synchronisation - There are a few moments where pick and finger aren't moving as one, like that open string pedal tone lick.
Overall, your timing is mostly solid and you have quite good noise control and muting skills. So you've got a good foundation to build from, which makes all the difference!
Bending - This is an area of your playing that you may not have gotten into much yet but it makes sense to start putting some time into it so you can progress and not let bends hold you back from playing certain pieces. Maybe have a bash at learning one of these:

Ben and Gabriel have pointed everything I've noticed so I won't repeat their opinions. I would have one suggestion. In 90% of sync problems like yours, it's the picking direction that makes this happen. Random picking direction. I can't be 100% sure but from what I see, I believe your picking direction is quite random. Try to analyze very carefully every single pick stroke from Piotr's original take. It really makes a difference, especially for the moments when you need to skip to another string. It matters if things starts from downstroke or upstroke. It matters not only for the timing and hands sync, but for the tonal aspect as well. At this point we have a well prepared draft of the lesson. You did some great work already but there is even more to be done, to make it sound perfect
