Hi GMC!
For this month's lesson, we gonna take a closer look at our fingerpicking technique and also learn and master some of the main rhythm figure we may encounter.
The chord progression is very easy, so we could focus on the picking hand.
We are in the key of C and the chords are : C / Am / Em / G
Examples #1 to #4 are the four main rhythm figure based on 16th notes.
Examples #5 to #8 are more complex and combines various rhythm figure.
You'll find the right hand fingering under the Tabs (Guitar Pro & PDF)
Each pattern is four bars long and I suggest you to work each section looped, very slow with a metronome.
The next step will be to write your own patterns / rhythm combination.
Hope you enjoy the lesson!
Have fun,
Stephane
