Awesome lesson Ramiro ... A true classic cover by a master
I love this song
Very authentic sounding!
Wow, that's awesome Ramiro.. you sound just like Ritchie which is mega ironic seeing as you're using a Les Paul, not a Strat !!
Hi GMC'ers! I'm proud to bring you this time a classic song from Deep Purple's “Burn” record released in February of 1974. The band in this record are: David Coverdale (Vocals), Ritchie Blackmore (Guitars), Glenn Hughes (Bass), Jon Lord (Keyboards) and Ian Pace(Drums).
I've recorded both guitars that Blackmore recorded and the complete solo for the lesson.
Techniques:
* Palm muting
* Legato
* Alternate Picking
* Double Stops
* Slides
* Speed Picking
I've attached the pictures of the power chords used in the lesson and a few more figures that are used through the song.
