    The "Double-Stop Melody" lesson explores melodic double-stops through a short song in a country music style. These double-stop scales are useful in many situations and are easily adapted to any key.

    This lesson includes the following techniques:

    Country-style hybrid picking
    Double-stops

    Keys: A

    Chords: A, D, E, B7

    Tempo: 100bpm

    The following scales are used over the corresponding chord name. However, we typically either add a major or minor third in the first inversion. Please note that I explain in the spoken video that the ascending major scale double stop pattern is: Major, minor, minor, Major, Major, minor, minor.
