  • Welcome to the Guns'n'Roses style lesson !

Guns'n'Roses and it's lead guitarist - Slash, is one of most influential bands in history of rock. For over 30 years inspiring young guitar players to grab the instrument and dream to play like Slash. Most of us - players, did play at least one of their songs. In this lesson I will lead you through some of their essential rhythm/riffs stuff. You can challenge yourself and try to record double tracked guitar (same part recorded twice and panned left and right). The idea is to add some power to the track and see how precise you can be, creating a feeling that there's only one guitar playing, while two different tracks play at the same time. Enjoy!

    Improvisation side note:
If you want to improvise over jam track, keep in mind that same as with major blues, you'll need to use G-mixolydian scale most of the time. Exception is D-major chord that has F# note in it, and once it plays in the background, you should use G-major scale.
