Thanks for watching my new lesson. This is an exercise to practice and learn 4 notes minor arpeggios in all fretboard positions and over six strings. I think the best way to learn to use them is to play arpeggios in a song that has nice chord changes and a moderate tempo.
When you get more comfortable with these exercises, I recommend practicing minor arpeggios over faster music. Good luck!
