Jazz-Blues Lesson

Hi GMC! This lesson is dedicated to that great style that is the Jazz-Blues. As you may know the blues is the father of Jazz, and in the beginning this two styles where combined. The progression in this lesson is a blues but with some replacements and the lead guitar does some typical jazz embellishments (like approximation notes) but also I use some pentatonics with the blue note in it.

One thing you will notice is that I don't use bending in this lesson. The traditional jazz players don't bend like rock or modern blues players. So the little bends I included in this lesson are a light touch to show how they do it. You can try to improvise over the backing track without bending, it's a good exercise.
