You certainly managed to escape metal for this lesson! This simply rocks!
Great lesson Lian! And different than the metal ones:)
Hi and welcome to this new lesson. With this lesson I tried to escape from the metal sounding for a while, so I was looking for something more rocking and this lesson came out!
So, this is my attempt on the style. :P
I've combinated some fast licks using many techniques as legato, sweeps, alternate picking. Also, I tried to keep the melody throughout the tune to get a song´s atmosphere. So, I think this kind of lesson will help you to improve your skills in aspects like timing, confidence, bend tuning and so on. From my point of view, this lesson should not be so triky, I know there´re some fast parts for beginners, but with some practice I don´t see big problems to learn it.
Take this lesson step by step and have fun!
