Gerardo I agree with you, sequence shouldn't be done more than 3 times but idea of the whole collaboration was to exaggerate sequence so students can just focus on that and learn to use it.
Very useful topic, btw in sequencing in classical and barroque music it was a tradition and a rule to don´t sequence more than 3 times in a row for philosophical and boredom avoiding motives.
