Lovely tune, when I get a set of new strings I think I'll pay my homage to your great acoustic lessons by recording it.

Thank you guys!
Gerardo: you're right. I normally use thin picks with the acoustic guitar but for this lesson I wanted to show the sound produced by the index finger.

good job jerry nice riff
- Gerardo Siere22nd January 2008
really nice and jazzy sound, one thing that has it own flavor is trying on acoustic rythm guitar (specialy for balads) is using a realy thin pike like 0.48 mm or so.

Hello GMC! I made this lesson to show you another idea for strumming. When I started to write this lesson I found that I didn't like the sound of the pick attack. So... I've recorded the lesson without the pick.
My right index finger does the work: with the fingernail I play the downstrokes and with the fingertip I play the upstrokes.
You can find the Guitar Pro file with chord diagram, as usual.
A little suggestion: if you have some experience with rhythm guitar, try to find the strumming pattern by ear. If you are able to do this, you've made a BIG step in your musical training.
Key: A major
Time signature: 4/4
Tempo: 96 bpm
