Hi GMC and welcome to the lesson. :)

This time it's a classical etude by Francisco Tarrega (1852-1909) a Spanish guitarist and composer, a father of modern classical guitar.

The etude is written in C Major and it is a series of triplet arpeggios for right hand, and chord changes for left hand. Right hand fingering is the same through the piece, thumb is playing on three bass strings, while index, middle and ring are playing the treble strings (i=3, m=2, r=1). You may notice that all notes on 1st string played by ring finger are accented, this is actually the melody, while all other notes are rhythm and harmony

Although this lesson is designed for classical players, it would be beneficial for all guitarists learning finger picking on either acoustic or electric guitars.

Key signature: C Major
Time signature: 4/4
Tempo: 100 bpm
Notes: 8th triplets

So have fun practicing and let me know if you need any help.

Feedback is welcome :)

Cheers

Dejan
