  • Hello GMC!
-Today we are going to play some left and right hand exercises for bass guitar.Playing just regular exercises in your practice session is the most efficient way to build up your skills..

Exercises in this lesson will help you develop :
-Left hand coordination, strength, stretching, endurance and finger dexterity
    -Right hand alternating fingerpicking.

-All notes from these exercises come from the G minor scale.

    -Key: Gm
-Tempo: 140 bpm (you control tempo when you practice)
    -Time signature: 6/8
-Difficulty: for all levels of playing
    -Tuning: standard EADG

Equipment I used for getting this sound was: Peavey Cirrus bass with active soapbar pickups, equal mix of both of them with added bass and treble on onboard eq - then going to the nemesis(eden) amp with a 1x15" and slightly added bass and treble there (at 1 o'clock position).

Feel free to ask me any questions in the lesson feedback and in the forum.

Enjoy and have a lot of fun pracicing these ones!
