  • Hi everybody!

In this lesson I explain some riffs and concepts to create a "hard rock oriented" composition. Sometimes, in rock music riffs are composed using the low open strings (E - A) like pedal notes.

So, using the standard tuning, the E key and A key are very useful for guitar players. To avoid unwanted noise, try to mute with your right hand the lower strings when you play single notes.

You can find three backing tracks at different tempo.

    Time signature: 4/4
    Tempo: 160 bpm
