Hello GMC! Today we have a new lesson inspired by the talented guitar player and composer John Frusciante. In this one we’ll continue exploring his nice clean soloing style that you can find in RHCP’s albums like "Californication", "By the way" and "Stadium Arcadium".

This tune is in E minor key and I used E minor Aeolian scale to compose the solo. This time I didn’t think of the chords when I composed the solo. I have done it by ear and singing some of the melodies and then transposing it to my guitar. But I know that if we analyze it, we’ll find the same theory that I used in the first John Frusciante solo lesson.

In this lesson you’ll find the main’s backing track to practice the solo and also an extended version for free jamming.

I hope that you enjoy this clean stuff!

Tempo: 100 bpm.
