Awesome stuff, Pavel !
fantastic lesson, i do have a question though, how do you suggest muting when moving down the fretboard (from high-e to b to g for instance)?
Definately going to learn this one- that's definately a sound i want to learn to put into my style as well.
Man, this is tough. Ive probably spent like 7 hours on this and ive gotten up to the 140 backing track but I just cant get up to 150. The hardest part is the 9 8 9 11 9 8 9 part on the A string. Im having trouble getting my pinky to function that fast on the thicker string, haha.
good job and nice lesson Pavel!!!
This is really great man!
Great lesson
i try it
Breathtaking playing Pavel, great stuff!
awesome lesson, Pavel! I love Rhapsody and this composition is some great practice for synchronizing my hands! thanks!
Excellent lesson !!! great work, Pavel
I love how clean and tight this is.
finally made it!....well the 2nd part is still a little sloppy sometimes practice practice. Nice lesson
really really cool lesson..I reaaaaallly like it.thanks.
soo sweet!! awesome.. i learned this peice but im stuck at around 110-130 bpm... cause ive only known it for like 2 hours lol...
Nice lesson
And thanks for the backingtracks with low speed, so also people who are not that fast (like me) can practice this :>
Wow this will be an excellent practice lesson for me, Left/right hand synch, (using my pinky finger) and and alternate picking!
Ill need to practice this every day :]
You rock man
Brilliant lesson
Looks difficult, but you explain very well. Keep it up **thumbs up**
And also "Gargoyles, Angels Of Darkness" - some serious sweeping there and "Unholy Warcry". Those are some of the best solos.
If you want to hear Luca at his very best you should consider listening to the solo in Rain of a Thousand Flames. Its really something.
this is awesome pavel, i can play it but now i'm working on the speed, love your ibanez!!!
I finished the ground music school - classical guitar ofcourse!
Hey Pavel, did you start by taking acoustic - classic guitar lessons?
Hey Pavel, did you start by taking acoustic - classic guitar lessons?
Pavel, this is brilliant. Thanks for this lesson man! I absolutely love it!
I dunno if it helps but for me it's easiest to concentrate on my down strokes. I.E the first tone of 'em all, downstroke, when you come to 7th fret D string, Downstroke, etc. In that way I can much easier synchronize my hands. Maybe as a start you could pick those a bit harder so you can orientate where you are/should be with your picking.
Yeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaah man this is the ticket. I have learned almost every lesson you have on here and run trough them many times every day, and this will be sweet to add. Thanks for your efforts
wow i wish i could play like that.
i really like the lesson alot.
Simply amazing!
Love the composition!
your f*in nuts.
wow..i just cant stop practicing this.
awesome lesson Pavel!!
and nice shirt:)
Lliber: you definitely will if you put some hard practice into it! Trust me - i didn't get it overnight. Those are years of practice so don't get discouraged and just practice.
brilliant..... will i ever get my right and let hand to work as fast together????
steve

Awesome! I must admit I have never really listened to Luca or Rhapsody... So now I need to look him up now. Great lesson.
@MickeM: it's hot but not sunny here!
@Lavendell: thanks a lot Marcus! This was actually one of my first tries to record some neoclassical stuff so if you say it's good - than i am really happy!
@Eat-Sleep-and Jam: yeah - Rhapsody is on top of my top 5 bands list!
@christian: i only use distortion and delay (both Digitech pedals, DF-7 and Digidelay)
@Andrew: well, yes, i am working on similar stuff. Trust me i will share it at GMC as soon as i am satisfied with it For now it's not finished so i don't want to post half of the song(s).
@other guys: Thanks a lot! I'm really happy you liked it!
