  • Hello GMC and welcome to my first Sweep Picking Lesson!! (I see smile on Dan's face tho :), -GMC member who requested this lesson)

    Ok, I played some basic stuff here, nothing too complex. We have 2 chords/arpeggios here, A major and A Minor. I did it ascending and descending using 2, 3, 4 and 5 strings sweeping.

    Chords are A major (over A arpeggio) and F major (over Am arpeggio). This F major combined with Am gives us nice Fmaj7 chord.

    Tempo is 160 bpm and notes are 16th, is not too fast indeed. Point is to push you to play it really accurate and tight in timing. Fast sweeps might be often "out" of straight timing which is also ok. But this time it's straight. :)
