thank you soo much
Thank you Siggum
indeed, melodically and musically this one is a killer, much soul and splendid peformed :-]}
Thanks Pi38
I think this one is the best musically. It isn't just random shred. I really love the tap and pinch harmonic at the beginning. Really awesome.
fanastic lesson Marcus!!!
oops my bad, no mistake
wow i love this whole solo. you guitar is lucky . btw. little mistake in video 2 (intermediate) the first bend should be on G not B
Man this lesson rocks! Im so gonna try this!
exelant lesson!!!!
its realy fun to play it
love that kind of music!!!
I really like the natural harmonic on the 14th fret. That is a great touch to this solo, and something I never thought to use in my solos.
I guess I'm not at the intermediate level yet, but maybe if I can master this solo, who knows?!! GREAT LESSON!

Love the three level solos! Amazing sound and technique, as in all your lessons. Incredible!!
@ preownedguitar & ch00ch00man.
Thanks! Yes, I use a PODtx and plug it straight into the computer. The preset is basically the same, but I believe I put more of the "screamer pedal" in this solo, because the other tone didn't fit.
I'll see if I can create a preset of it, and post it here.
Thanks ch00ch00man & Ayen, for your overwhelming comments. It's guys like you that keeps me going! Thank you for that!
-Marcus
Thanks all of you, for your comments! I really appreciate it!
"How do you make that pinch harmonic squeal so hard?"
@ Iluha: Check out Pavel's great lesson about pinch harmonics. It's not very difficult, but make sure you add vibrato.
-Marcus
Amazing, you make Vai, Yngwie, Hammett and all the others look like beginners. I love every solo of yours, and especially how the Beginner solo continues into this one. Great job, I'm waiting on the Advanced version.
Marcus, This is just amazing stuff. A while back we had a thread go around about guitarists with the most "feel". I don't think it would be any exaggeration at all to say you play with uber amounts of "feel". Your lessons just drip emotion. Not to take anything away from your chops, cause from where I sit, you have those in spades. And then theres the tone. What can I say, this lesson is my favorite sounding guitar tone. I read elsewhere that all you use is the podxt straight in to the computer. Would it be possible for you to upload the patch for this lesson. I got the other one, and while I'm not 100% sure, I think this one is different. It has more bite, and sounds more raw (if that makes any sense).
Thanks a lot,
Boris
Hey Marcus
Your really an awesome guitarist and enjoy learning from u.When you get some free time it would be cool if you could hit the chat room and discuss some of your playing.keep on ripping it up
How do you make that pinch harmonic squeal so hard? that's the only part of the lesson I still didn't get down.
Cool solo..Great lesson.. thanks
Love it? Uh yeah, awesome marcus. Are you using the podxt? If so, did you post the patch on the forums anywhere?
All of your comp's sound like they could be in the 100 greatest guitar solos. I've been practicing a lot, however your stuff is really hard still. The mixture of techniques make my fingers crumble.... they feel like cement pillars.
Incredible lesson
Marcus, you did it again. Awesome!
Amazing technique and sound as always! Great Marcus!

This is just amazing... probably my favourite lesson here!
