Heya!

Here's a rhythm guitar part in the style of John Frusciante and the Red Hot Chili Peppers!

Sound

I use the neck pickup and the clean channel of the Mesa Boogie V-Twin preamp with some reverb added in pro tools.

Theory

Nothing really difficult here except for maybe playing the bass note with the thumb, but you can switch to the standard chord positions if you want. We are in the key of A minor (Dorian) if you want to improvise some fills at the end of the second bar!
