  • Hi folks!

Welcome to my new lesson in Hard Rock style!
This time we will talk about the use of conventional chords, in addition to the standard power chords.
By adding a rich sounding chord enables us to expand the sound image, especially if the band has only one harmonic instrument - the guitar.

Guitar : Ibanez SC 3120 Saber J Custom

    Equipment : Sonar8 DAW, Guitar Rig 5

Guitar Rig 5 sound setting: AC box, Transamp, Chorus/Flanger, Ensemble, Quad Delay.
If you have Guitar Rig 5 plugin, download a preset here.

    Tempo : 100 bpm

    Signature : 4/4

    Chord progression : E9+/E5/A5/Asus2

    Key signature :E

    Scale : B minor penatonic / B Natural minor
