    THE PROFESSOR Working on intervals, such as the minor second intervals prevalent in this lesson, is a great way to spice up your blues and blues-rock playing.

    Greetings from Granada (Andalucia, Spain)!

    This is a R&B shuffle where I play the bass line to make the track groove and I also perform a swing chords part. It is very important to play quarter notes and eighth notes like triplets in the bass line. For the chords part, it is important to keep the swing rhythm and the keep the timing of slide chords. You can play this with a brass section feeling.
