  • Hi Guys,

Welcome to my lesson No. 131 called "Epic Mixolydian Licks". This lesson demonstrates how you could use some great phrasing ideas using the mixolydian mode in an epic rock situation.
Be sure to practise all these licks to metronome or Backing track. This way you'll learn the exact phrasing and the feel of it.

The structure of the Jam track:

    Lick 1
    | F/G | G | F/G | G |
    | G |

    Lick 2
    | F/G | G | F/G | G |
    | G |

    Lick 3
    | F/G | G | F/G | G |
    | G |
    |

    Lick 4
    | F/G | G | F/G | G |
    | G |

    Lick 5
    | F/G | G | F/G | G |
    | G |

    Have fun! ;-)
