kahall10th January 2010I did not think I wanted to learn this but since it is international law that if you play guitar you must know this I guess I will. Especially since you have broke it down into so many easy to learn pieces. Learning without tabs is harder for me but not here. Nice job. Even if you can't learn it all you can get enough of it to break into the main riffs when someone asks you for credentials.

Hi all!
Welcome to my newest cover. This time I will make an attempt to cover one of Metallica's greatest hits, entitled "Sad But True". This song is from their fifth studio album commonly known as the "Black Album". It is the second track. This is Metallica's first
attempt at tuning down, and this song is tuned down to D.
This song is fairly easy to play, even the solos are completely doable by almost all level of guitarists.
This song is heavy, not because of the D tuning, but because of the rhythm parts as well.
The structure of the song is as follows:
