This schecter 7 string is a customized Jeff Loomis guitar. What we did was make a little better acces for reaching the higher frets easier, customized the neck for more like a thinner but still fat "'v-type" neck, and of course the paint job. At the end even Jeff didn't recognize it:)
Lately I changed the factory EMG pickups for passive Artec pickups!

Dear GMC fellows,
This is the first Nevermore song/riff I picked to show You here at GMC. The intro riffs are off the first song of the new record, The Obsidian Conspiracy. The song is probably one of the most „nevermorish” song of the record so it is also a good example to show Jeff’s extraordinary guitar and songwriting style. The song is tuned a half step down on a seven string (as usually). The notes are: Bb-Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb
