Hi GMC!
This is a lesson with a bottleneck slide. Usually, I work with the slide when playing in standard tuning. Here I'll show you a song that I've changed the tuning to be played in open G. To make it interesting, I have also changed the time signature to 5/4. Here are some guitarist that are famous for this style of playing: Joni Mitchell for "Electricity", "For the Roses", and "Hunter (The Good Samaritan)". Keith Richards plays this type of overtones-tuning in The Rolling Stones "Honky Tonk Women", "Brown Sugar" and "Start Me Up" songs.
