Hi GMC'ers!

"New Level" is the 2nd track on Pantera's 6th studio album entitled Vulgar Display of Power. This album is one of the most influential Heavy Metal albums of all time. Dimebag was an innovator and a true blessing to the genre.

Technique wise this solo is a bit harder to master. It begins with a bluesy run and some of Dimebag's style bluesy bends follow. Two and a half note bends characterize the lead throughout the solo. The following run is a bit harder to accomplish, but nothing a dedicated player can't handle in time. The solo ends with a double string action.
