  • Welcome to the "Skynyrd Inspired Country" lesson. For this piece I have taken some ideas from of the most influential bands in my playing, Lynyrd Skynyrd, and gave them a little extra country flair. I've kept the tone pretty rocking' with some compression and thick overdrive. I'm using the neck position stacked humbucker in my tele as well. In the lesson parts I'll outline what song inspired each of the licks. Enjoy!

    Key: A
