  • Ok friends of GMC! In this opportunity, we will see Fireflight´s style again, but this time; We will study the style of their ballads!

The ballads of this band are really brilliant, the voices, the arrangements, create a special environment! When we speak about arrangements, we speak about very well done strings arrangements, a brilliant performance on the guitar and a great drum accompaniment! The perfect combination for make big songs! In his algums you will find ballads like "Brand new day", "Wrapped in your arms", "it’s you" and others. Today's lesson is based in the song "Forever"! Very cool song!

Ok! Sincerely, all his ballads are very powerful. They don't only transmit feelings, but they finish with great power! The guitar parts are not very difficult, not complicated, but they sound great!

You’ll work aspects like rhythm, scale uses, and different techniques as alternate picking, slides and vibrato. The tuning is down 1/2 step D#G#C#F#A#D# and this lesson is on G minor scale.
