Real good, beyond the fact that you hit the notes in time and cleanly (in this and your "are you ready" bit that I just saw), you have a good blues feel. Very nice.

Thanks mate! That "wood burning" is actually a small sample of an "old record" like on those vintage recordings. Just added a bit of a flavor to it

Hi GMC, and welcome to first lesson that will be featured during my first instructor week here at GMC! This week it's all about blues! :)
We will do some sort of blues retrospective from the early days to a more modern forms of blues. Today we are doing an early form of blues but not the beginning of the blues.
The the role of the guitar player was mainly to play rhythm and follow the vocal line. These years are usually connected with Chicago and beginning of electric blues. We are doing a nice rhythmic intro, and some slide licks as well. If you like the sound of blues slide guitar, let's learn some!
This lesson involves:
- Chicago electric blues style
- Rhythm intro
- Slide licks & riffs
Have fun! :)
