  • Hello friends of the GMC! Welcome to my new lesson! Basing on tapes as Joe Satriani, Petrucci and Vai, here we will see how to create melodies, solos and songs in an one position. One position? Yes, isn't it cool? We will work with the C # pentatonic minor scale.

    The techniques that we will use here are: Palm mute, Octaves, Slides and Vibrato. It is very important to practice with metronome to develop much better the techniques! Do not forget to relax your fingers after every part. I expect they like this lesson and they enjoy composing your own songs.
