Swing Modulation Lesson

This lesson will help you develop an ear for modulation. We will build musical ideas around C Major going into C minor using the Ionian and Aeolian scale along with the corresponding Major and minor pentatonics.



Memorize the different scale positions suggested and start working on the examples. Once you understand the concept, start building your own ideas. 



Practice slow first focusing on the landing notes of the modulating licks.
