  • HEY GMC!

This month i've put together a fun lesson that looks at natural harmonics and a fun way to play Pentatonic's with them. The natural harmonics produce a fun E Pentatonic minor scale/G Pentatonic major scale. By playing the harmonics between the 7th and 12th frets and string skipping you get the full scale.

This style is very reminiscent of the Hang drum which has been more popular in recent years. Very percussive and ethereal sounding its a fantastically inspiring way of playing the guitar.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
