  • Hi Friends!

This is my new Steve Ray Vaughan style rhythm lesson. The basic is a simple blues circle, but the style of the playing and the chords are similar what he used many times. And beside that, don't forget his guitar sound that was always special and determining his music.

The key of this lesson is E and the chord progression is the next:

    E7 E7 A7 E7 B7 A7 E7 B7

As we can see, this is a simple 8 bar blues circle and in the first part of the lesson we can hear this.
And beside the chords, in the second part I used an E blues pentatonic scale on some places.
This an open string E pentatonic.

I hope you'll enjoy this real bluesy lesson!!

    Techniques:

    -walking bass chord playing
    -bends
    -hammer ons
    -pull offs

    Have fun!
    -Laszlo
