  • Hello GMC and welcome to another lesson from Jazzy Swing serial, Intermediate level this time.

    It's all played in octaves,sort of Wes Montgomery style.:) Simply use your thumb to brush these octaves but be sure to have proper left hand muting, you might have some unwanted notes otherwise.

    Once more we are using D major scale mostly with some neighbor notes and notes "out" of scale, just to follow our chord progression here.
