Your Excellent Marcus, you need some lessons in standard tuning though
-John
Rockwouldbe,
thanks man, I appreciate it!
Gustavo,
That's strange. I got the latest version (I think it's 5.2) Anyone else had this problem?
yo marcus
what version of gp do u use?
cuz it says that i need to update my version but i got gp 5 :S
marcus. i seriously admire your talent
not about being fast , you write beutiful stuff
awsome "blues" XD
10% blues 90% neoclassical shreed XD
thats an awesome lesson. I love reggae and this has a nic reggae feel to it.
That's pretty sweet dude!
Excellent playing Marcus!
It's the blues on steroids
One more thing to add to my practice regimen
wow! NICE! Thanks!
Marcus,
Thanks a lot for the GP tab. Really appreciate you going that extra mile. Makes memorizing and practicing these crazy runs that much easier. Great lesson as always. Keep em coming.
Boris
PS Now that you used it, what are your impressions of GP? Personally, I love it.
crazy cool
Oh my god, this rocks!
You are really great, Mr Lavendell. I immediately start practising this one.
Wow, I got a serious Joe Satriani vibe from that XD *The Satch rocks!!*
Great lesson! Now if only I had the skill to play it =P
Hmm I saw the name on the main page, and was wondering how you were gonna pull it off. Well you did!! Good job!!
This sounds pretty interesting ^^. I like the sound of when you play octaves, first you tickle mah brain than you punch me in my stomach... Great work!!!
I have got something other than compliments though, it's a q.
How do you create your backingtracks?
What about calling your new style Neblunkorockae?
The first thing I told Kris, when I had this lesson coming up, was: "Help, I don't know how to label it" is it blues? well, no. Neoclassical? hm.. not really.
But I guess we can settle with Neo-Rock-Funk-Reggare-Blues then!
Hey, have I created a new style?! (a joke)
Nice one Marcus, I like that mix of Neo-Rock-Funky-Blues and even as Jeff above mentioned some Reggae thrown in for good measure.
I noticed that GP5 file thrown in there too - that'll make a lot of GMC-ers very happy I'm sure .
Will write u re the Strat design we were talking about in the emails.
Keep Rockin' Mr. Lavendell
David
WOW this was cool!
Great stuff, Neoclassical Blues is defeintly something new here to GMC, Great job!
Awesome Marcus! This is totally cool. It has a reggae feel to it. Keep up the incredible lessons. By the way, I like the 1/2 step down tuning!
