Location: Nis, Serbia
Date of Birth: July 7, 1983
Been playing guitar since: 1995

I picked up guitar when I was 12 years old and was taught by my dad how to play basic chords and songs from rock & roll era from 60s and 70s. I learned that very quickly and six months later took private lessons from a bass instructor in my town to expand my knowledge further.

I have graduated from London Guitar Institute and Berklee College of Music, and also taught at Berklee college of music for 2 years. Currently I am living in Serbia doing solo guitar performances, teaching privately, helping organizers with music festivals, and recording video lessons for my students in Boston as well as (from 13th of September 2008) working for GMC.

Musical influences
I have had many influences during different stages in my music development. There is so many different artists that I would want to name here that one page would not be enough to fit them.

I will try to narrow it down to some of my first influences like Slash and Santana then Satriani, Eric Johnson, Greg Howe to the modern musicians that I listen to now days like Scott Henderson, Michael Brecker and John Coltrane.

I also love listening to other instrumentalist and I feel every guitarist can gain a lot by learning from other instrumentalists.

At GMC
I feel great helping people in general but having opportunity to be part of something big makes me even happier. GMC is great place to interact with thousands of students and help them in best way possible. Forums are incredible, collaborations are amazing and Instructors at GMC are one of a kind.

It is great pleasure for me to be part of GMC team and I hope to bring a lot in the future to the whole GMC community.
