This great guitar player has been an influence for many other great players,
and this is a small part of his influence on me.:) In this lesson I tried to combine both riffing and soloing in his style.
Most used technique here is SRV's trademark "raking". To get this right you must pay big attention of left hand muting cause you'll have to hit few strings at the same time while having just one string sounding. Also try to be as relaxed as possible and feel rhythm/groove.
There are some cool licks in soloing part as well, used by SRV and many other blues and rock players.
It's in a key of A,no big deal I guess:)
In Style of SRV lesson contains:
-SRV "raking" style
-12 bars blues progression
-Bends and double bends
-Left hand muting
-A blues,Am pentatonic and A Major pentatonic scales
